Returns & Exchanges Policy for Elementally Yours LLC

At Elementally Yours LLC, we want you to love your sensory rituals. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we have established the following guidelines to ensure fairness, hygiene, and safety for all our customers.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Candles: Must be unburned with the wick unaltered and free of debris. 
  • Body Care/Soaps: Due to hygiene and safety regulations (MoCRA 2026), we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or had their safety seals tampered with.
  • Exceptions: Sale items, "Limited Release" products, and custom/bespoke orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but we know "fragile" journeys can be unpredictable.

  • If your item arrives broken or incorrect, please email us at info@elementallyyours.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required: Please include photos of the damaged product and the shipping box. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or store credit immediately.
  • Note: Minor texture changes in body butters due to transit heat are not considered damage.

3. Order Cancellations

Need to change your mind? We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. Once an order has entered our "hand-pouring" or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or confirmed shipping damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Elementally Yours LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit. 


5. Important Notes on Artisanal Variation

Part of the beauty of handmade products is their uniqueness. Minor variations in color, texture, or scent are normal results of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us: Contact info@elementallyyours.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack it up: Once approved, securely pack your unused items (ideally in the original shipping box).
  3. Ship it back: Send your package to the address provided in our return authorization email.
  4. Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
